CRIME: BURGLARY & FRAUD
CRIME SCENE: POSNER PARK OF DAVENPORT
POLK COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE CASE #: 25-5757

On the afternoon of February 10th, a burglary of conveyance occurred at Posner Park Shopping Center in Davenport. 

The victim learned of the theft when he got a notification from his bank about suspicious activity on his cards. More than $300 was spent at the nearby Target store, and about $270 was spent at Best Buy.

The victim's friend, whose vehicle was parked next to his vehicle, was also a victim of burglary and theft. The second victim had cash stolen from his car.

Store video from Target (WHICH CAN BE SEEN HERE) showed the suspect who made the fraudulent purchases using the first victim's bank card.
