East Division
The East Division, under the leadership of Major Larry Davis, consists of the Ridge District and the Northeast District. Each Division includes components to deliver services to the citizens of Polk County and to those traveling
in these areas. Each District is commanded by a Captain who reports to the Division Commander.
The East Division geographically includes the Eastern portion of the county, and includes components in each district to deliver services to the people of Polk County residing or traveling in those areas: patrol platoons, Crime Suppression Teams, Community Oriented Policing Units, General Crimes Detectives, and Canine Teams.
The Crime Suppression Teams (CST) provide direct support to their communities in a variety of ways to address crime and social issues through community partnerships and different methods of service delivery. The General Crimes Unit (GCU) is located within each of the patrol districts. Detectives assigned to the GCU are responsible
for conducting follow- up investigations on felony property crimes, and a number of felony person crimes.
Dundee is a contract city located within the Ridge District.

The Ridge District Office is located at 9630 Marigold Avenue in Poinciana. The main number to call is 863-496-3301. The areas of responsibility within this district are the unincorporated areas of Poinciana, Haines City, Davenport, and Lake Hamilton.

The Northeast District Office is located at 1100 Dunson Road in Davenport. The main number to call is 863-236-3900. The areas of responsibility within this district are the unincorporated areas of Davenport and Loughman.

Our contract cities take advantage of our winning formula for law enforcement, and they save time and money by eliminating the taxing administrative overhead of maintaining their own separate law enforcement agencies.

The Dundee Sheriff's Station is located at 135 Main Street in Dundee, and their main number is 863-438-9540. The deputies assigned to this station are responsible for all calls for service within the city limits.
